Have you heard of Ultrasonic Liposuction? This is a procedure that uses high frequency sound waves to shake loose fat tissues so that they can be removed with cannulae (tubes). The method is safe but not without certain disadvantages.

First of all, unless the procedure is performed with third generation equipment the sound waves can inadvertently cause tissue burns that sometimes are painful.
